Americans... we can change this , call your Senators & State Rep , the Numbers are here on line . I do it daily, it only takes a few min. Call the Wa office & the State office, simply say... People miss represent the clause in the emancipation proclamation that states something to the effect that the children of slaves are American citizens, and not to be deported for being free...
