Some nice kit here! I use my wildlife hatchet a lot too now. There really isn't that much that you cant do with it. I think it is as useful as a knife.
Thank you for including the hatchet. I have always felt that if I bring a knife into the woods, it is the knife I am going to be using for everything. Therefore only one knife and all the chopping I do is with my hatchet. I bring a saw also. This way, all the wood processing that I have to do is in the most energy efficient manner.

Really enjoy your knife reviews mate. I'm looking to buy a mew bushcraft knife blank and put some amazing stabilised box elder burr scales on it. In your opinion what would be one of the best blades (to use as an easily maintained all rounder) to go for. I was thinking BG bushcrafter but think the shape might not be all that easy to sharpen easily in the field. Your opinions are much appreciated, cheers mate. Nick
