Excella didn't mutate or transform. Uroboros either accepts it's host (bonds), or rejects it's host and goes looking for biomass. Read the file included with the game. The only character that successfully bonded with Uroboros was Wesker. Excella was CONSUMED, not transformed, and was long dead by the time you fight the result, Uroboros Aheri.

Man, the main characters of this game suck! They have so freakin many opportunities to stop a fight before it starts. As soon as I saw her, i would have torn her to pieces with a sig. Another example is at the beginning when they watch some dude mutate and then attack them. Leon was better than Chris and Sheva is the most worthless campanion ever. Besides that it was ok...

Look, im sure this is an amazing action game but its really taken the Resident Evil idea and pretty much raped it, I mean, RE4 was great but there there some creatures that were boardering on stupid and RE5 seems to have gone over board. Hmm, oh well.

Pretty much. RE5 is a full blown action game, only slightly more imaginative than Gears of War 2. RE4 was a great revival of the series, you felt like you were under constant pressure during the entire game which only added to the horror aspect. In 5the horror has been toned down in order to make room for more "bang bang co-op action". Oh well, I'll take what I can get I guess...

If you play the game, she is concieted. Her bio by Capcom describes her as "haughty" coming from an aristocratic family. And by knowingly doing the things she did within the game (aiding Wesker, allowing the implimentation of bioweapons) she is sort of a jerk and deserved what happened to her.
