Excellent playing, Great sound - I also play guitar and have been interested in Wes, and Bebop guitar improvisation .You really nailed Jingles. Are you a Pro Guitarist?
Hi! I'm impressed by your playing and that you almost never look at the fretboard. What are your thoughts when you improvise ? Do you have a sort of mental visualisation of the fretboard ?
I guess I have internalized the fretboard to a certain extent yes. I hardly think when I improvise, thinking is for practising but not when you are really playing. You 'don't have the time for that.
Man I love this style.. For me , I perfer over the other. I think some jazz in acuired. Then you can't understand how others aren't hearing what your hearing.
I guess it only looks that way on the vid. I have not polished that one for at least a year :) I don't do much polishing on my guitars. Maybe once every few years.
Dick, when i'm famous I'll bring you on the road with me, and of course cite you as a justifyable source of influence. Of course if you become famous before me, I'll expect the same :-)
Hey Dick, I hope that's not true... and I think I can safely say I am not the only one! You do deserve to go further........God knows how much you've put into your craft.......KEEPON STRUMMIN.....DALLAS

For this one about half way down. Usually I don't play so dark though.
