Chinese Ham is dry-cured is produced in Chinas western provinces of Yunnan and Hunan are world famous. They are extremely popular in China, although they are not permitted to be imported into the United States. Smithfield ham is the closest substitute.

wow chen's sticky rice look familiar like my mom's used to do but not with abalone. Fatty pork, bean, mushroom and salty eggyolk wrap in sticky rice. make me hungry just by thinking.
