  • When I work out, I love to listen to foreign music! Okay, when I do anything I love to listen to foreign music, but the plus side to listening to it at the gym, is since you can't understand what they are saying you'll be less inclined to sing along!! lol My favorites are: Shakira Alizee For English speaking singers: Britney Spears (shh don't tell anyone) Shakira (English.... lol, wow I have variety) Jonathon Colton (Don't know if I spelled that right) Aqua Rihanna Okay, thats a few. <3

    I'm down 65 lbs (240 -> 175) from last year... and I feel GREAT!

    You obviously have the motivation to do it, just stick with it and you'll go far.

    If you look at my channel and look at an older video (like "Can you do this?") then compare that to a newer one (like my happy new years video) you can see the weight loss :P

  • This may seem silly but I found the Matrix soundtrack pretty exercise inspiring lol maybe it's just cause I can pretend I'm cool while working out. :-p Either way I found I ended up working out harder when I listened to the "harder" type music.

  • You're making so much progress. When I'm running on the threadmill I never listen to anything specific but I remmber a few years ago this gym instructor put song 2 by blur on and it got everyone going! I'll try and thin of more.

    And after an hour or so, reward yourself with the Black Eyed Peas :D.

  • From one weight loss whore to another, I think it's awesome what you're doing - strictly for the health reasons! I lost about 55 pounds a couple of years ago...it was hard as hell..but .well worth it. I've gained some back since, however, I've been able to keep most of it off :)

    I think you're beautiful at whatever size, but at the end of the day what matter is that you're healthy and happy. However, don't go to thin...I still need curves :)
