  • wow..the drums for "Amerikka's Most Wanted"...it hit me year's later...Bomb Squad was way ahead of their time..

  • Dope on a rope!!!

  • what a bassline. what a great mix of samples and driving sound. breathtaking...

  • Probably their best track - it just slams ! Nice post mate !

  • new lp in the making

  • @anoushanzume They just dropped a new album, "Well Thawed Out". You'd best pick it up. ;)

  • Just, the best. Bomb Squads finest.

  • i had this on TAPE back when i used to record YO! MTV RAPS countdown on saturday mornings...and i used to go to every record store lookin for it...this was back in 91 when i was still in 7th grade...and for some reason i just thought of the word "Swivey" and looked it up...god i love youtube...i bet i still have that tape ps--Pop Goes the Weasel was number 1 on that countdown that week

  • better than anything made today. bomb squad == geniuses.

  • This dude was soo far ahead of his time. He was his own hype man. 1/2 pint had his back though. The vid was to much for tv. I all must certain it only aired once on tv. I just got lucky and recorded it because i program the VCR to tape the whole show. So much is going on that each time you watch it you see something different.

  • yo i got this album....who else got it? i know i got mine...the bomb squad...and the scratches from hungry terminator x...ENUFF SAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what u call...............CLAAAAASSSSSIC MATERIAL!!!!

  • It wasn't PE but it was the bomb squad...they also produced Young Black Teenagers first album.

  • i like how they mixed the old school sock hop look with the new school beat

  • public enemy produced them if i'm not mistaken

  • Does this guy have some kind of neurological disorder that makes his arms flop around uncontrollably?

Search YouTube on "who's laughing now sceene"

  • Halfpint could have been a female version of Flavor Flav . Now, relax people I only mean this in a vocal sense because Halfpint is a full cutie. Besides, I could not picture her having a reality TV show on VH1!!!

  • I been lookin for this for years.....thanks....

sob got that raw....you hear the PE type production

  • Ahead of their time!!!

  • Bazerk.....never let em see you sweat/ YOU WANNA BET!!.

TUNE!!. Aint heard this for ages.

Love the ending when it goes all crazy!!.

  • Bazerks wall of sound overwhelms and captivates. ecstatic noise of songs...

  • been looking for this for a long time! Nice 1!

  • YEAH!

The baaannnnd, gets swivey on the wheels!

Check how they poineered the retro-future sound & style in this video more than a decade before Outkast & "Hey ya!" Props to them, but SOB completly went there with the Ed Sullivan set and bugged out spinning cam shots.

Few acts are as free today outside of Badu & 'kast. Big props to Bazerk & the NSCB

  • @Pirate7X ... I agree. Very much ahead of its time as was Public Enemy's sound. Loved it when it came out, and i think rap could be a lot better...retro-future is done pretty well in some cases by Madlib, as well.

  • @SuperOmnicron Full agreement; Madlib does it RIGHT. Just bought 3 Invazion mix cds, History of the Loop Digga and his Last Electro-Acoustic Space Jazz & Percussion Esemble cd Miles Away. Dude is a creative powerhouse.

  • @Pirate7X .... good call on madlib. A lot of current acts need to get with dude..Roots in particular, and a few other mc's. I cant believe his sound hasnt been snatched up. Way cool.

  • Thanx for all the love We are currently looking for booking agents and shows to do possibly for the summer Hope to see you at show peace 1/2pint from Son of Bazerk featuring No Self COntrol and the BAND!

  • I always like SOB, they were Def Jam too, they were different, too bad they dissapeared quite fast from the scene...

  • Wow, the nineties were funny.

  • @frostythesasquatch The 90's were GREAT. so much good music came out of that decade

  • Yo U A Fool WIT IT BRAH BRAH I ONLY SAW THIS VIDEO ONCE ON YO MTV RAPS. WHEN IT FIRST CAME OUT. I Love This DUDES FLOW HE SOUNDS LIKE CHUCK D BUT JUS A LITTLE

  • whoa! I never saw this video before!!!

  • Ahhhhh I've been waiting for this one for TWO YEARS. Finally. Damn this group was unbelievable (I'm including the Bomb Squad production here.) They made the genre-bending sh*t seem so natural when other groups could never manage it...

  • People are still sleeping on this dude. I watch this vid at lease 6 times a day since i found out that it was posted. It is so much going on each time i watch it I find something ese i like.

  • I have been tring to buy this cd for the longest. I think this dude only made on casset. I say casset because I cant even order the cd This song was chunk b4 chunk was chunk. Thanks a milli for posting this.

  • Nah, you can get it. Look on online used CD places, it's worth it.

  • RAW!

  • Go head T.A!! Go head Micheal Ladson!! Go head Jeffrey Height (Ja Well)!! Go head Gary G-Wiz!!

    Bricktown Represent!!

  • I loved the hell out of this song, but I really loved the heavy metal part the most.

  • oh wait, I'm thinking of their song "Change the Style"

  • SOB is definately on my hiphop bands toplist ever! I've been an hardcore PE and Bomb Squad for 20 years now (geez... 20!!!) and this album, along with "It takes a Nation" surely is one of the best rapp albums ever!

Peace to sister Cassandra that left a comment some days ago... We miss y'all, guys, when will get back in business?

  • I'm obsessed with the Bomb Squad! They made the type of tracks that I would've made, if I'd got into production. Actually, the only thing that stopped me, was the lack of support given to sample-based music, and in particular, Hip hop, here in Britain.

  • Me too ! I want to make the same type of beats, but it's so hard.

  • this was back in the day when people were tryin new things and simply bringing oringinality, substance, and message to the music.

  • this is 1/2pint,

thanx to everyone showin' love. It was a crazy trip but this was when hip hop was real.

peace 1/2pint from Son of Bazerk featuring No Self Control and the Band

  • thanx for the good times rebelsista...you got like 3 sales from me! I used to play the shit out of that album

  • Yeah man dope,,, remember when hip-hop sounded hardcore

  • This is the first ever video someone made it rain.....Check out 1:04 of video!!

  • They didnt take of because Hank Shocklee ripped them off!!

  • Loved the 60s concept, unfortunately this Hank Shocklee inspired group along with Young Black Teenagers never quite took off.
