"Fungal Creep, which increases critical strike chance by 50%, and reduces all threat by 100%, for 90 seconds"
So it increases your chance to crit by 50%, on top of what your normal crit chance is, and removes threat so you don't have to worry about pulling aggro from the tank.
I don't use any capture cards. I use Fraps to capture the video then render/edit it after. I have a quad core PC with 4 GB of ram with dual raptor drives on a raid0 and the captures dumping to my terabyte drive that is SATA 3.0 32mb cache if that helps. You need a high end PC to capture and play, especially in 25 mans.
