  • This song and video makes you want to cry especially if you have ever lost anyone.

  • This song and vidio gives me chills because you know this is so close to what Paul and his kids had to go through when they lost linda.

  • never knew there was a vid for this. One of my fav songs of all time. Now I'm in tears.

    Thanks 1000 stars!

  • Trés belle chanson ,je vais bientôt la poster et l'interpréter sur mon blog " you tube " .

  • Paul wrote this song in memory for Maureen Ringo's ex wife and their children. She lost her battle with Leukemia in 1994.

  • Yea wat Ulysses said

  • Hey! Im only 10 years old and I love this song! My

music teacher is teaching this song and we are going to sing in it on this Friday and i know all the words! Yay!

  • @pippy100cp

You have a good music teacher. Paul McCartney is viewed by many, myself included as the world's most talented musician. Your teacher is exposing you to haute couture. Kudos to you and your music teacher.

As for the Beatles, they will remain the World's Number One Band!

  • INCREDIBLE

  • It is NOT a tribute to Linda, it was written for Ringo's ex-wife, Mo, who had recently died.

  • @Ulysses61 From the Flaming Pie's CD: "Little willow" was written after Paul learned of the death of a der friend. He created the song not only as an inmediate personal response to the sadness but, hopefully, as a salve for his late friend's children.... (...)

And Paul said: I wanted to somehow convey how much I tought of her. For her and her kids. It certainly is heartfelt and I hope it will help a bit.

  • @Ulysses61 Maureen Cox was a Liverpool fan and a friend to the Beatles going back to 1962. She married Ringo in 1965 and had his 3 children. Even after the group spit and Ringo divorced her in the 70's, she still remained close to Paul, George and even Ringo.

  • @Ulysses61 Though this year i think Paul released a tribute to Linda o 3 o

  • I very love this song and Paul too. Thanks for sharing:)
