I used to grow up in Tai Wai, and every Saturday I'll take KCR to go to Su Shi, that was more than 15 years ago, and I still remember everything that happen on the way there. Then I move to Tin Shui Wai, take light rail everyday. I grew up with KCR, good members~~ ^_^. But I moved to USA 6 years ago, and when I come back again, West railroad was built, and so does Tin Shui Wai expandtion line and East TST. A lot had changed since I left, but this remain me my childhood, love it!!!!
Kowloon-Canton Railway (KCR) had been in service in Hong Kong (and Guangzhou) for 97 years (1910-2007) with excellent reputation. Now, we, along with us who have been on the train but currently living overseas, had to say goodbye to KCR and, sadly, will not witness centennial celebration of KCR in 2010. I will never forget the innovative 12-car train with a red double-arrow symbol.
