You can ambush once. In stealth. And backstabbing needs you to be behind a mob, thats hard when your questing if you dont have it stunned (Thats not the case if you use ambush.)

So sinister strike to gain combo points, or hemo if your specced sub. Or mutilate if you are assasination. Moron.

also nice that poisions scale with lvl now, just as any other skill. :)
