I went to New Orleans recently and a colleague took us on the "tour" of the FEMA-neglected areas that were devastated in Katrina. Many thousands of homes are simply vacant lots now, with some of the original structures remaining to be torn down on some streets. But then there were these incredible NEW houses, cool architecture, colors, and giving a feeling of hope and resilience. On closer inspection, they were the Pitt-Jolie built homes.
