hi, when i open the new application it wont let me use a diefferent email/username i can only enter the serial which doesnt work without the name...how do i do this??

It wont work for me i'm running a PowerPC G4 any ideas? It downloads the dmg fine I then copy it to applications, once I have done that I eject the DMG and proceed to open it from applications but it just doesn't open??
