but there's been some debate in Japan.

It's pretty idiotic to make the best selling aerial combat game in Japan only for the 2nd popular (In Japan) Xbox 360.

Maybe it's a timed exclusive,

or maybe Namco is making a PS3 exclusive.

About the Timed-Exclusive, I was reading about that and it from what it seems, the agreement for an "Exclusive" only lasts for one year.

Not sure what Namco's plans are, but they could either make a revised AC6 for the PS3, or go with AC7 for the PS3.

In two of the AC game trailers they have put the final mission music in. In AC5, they played "The Unsung War" track, and in the ACZ trailer, they played the "Zero" track, both being the final missions. So I'm going to say that the music at the end has something to do with either the final or penultimate mission. And you lucky guys in the US are getting it today. I've gotta wait 'til November 23rd, the EU release date :(
