Definitely Best Buy. I live in Puerto Rico so I don't have as many options (we don't have Frys, fye, etc). The internet is filled with Best Buy customer complaints, but I have never had a problem with them. I went to return a laptop and they had no questions about it, they just gave me the store credit and I bought a new one.

They overcharge a lot on certain items, though. For example, some gaming mice are priced as when they came out..TWO YEARS AGO. For such exceptions, eBay is my alternative.

ah, well, I would say Gamestop mostly, only you just have to make SURE that 1: It is, the game you are looking for (not a sequal or a prequal) and 2: that it is absolutely not scratched. (Though maybe, you can use the Household hack of buffing out DVD scratches on the game disk, I am not sure)
