A fines de 1977 denuncia la desaparición de Laura Estela Carlotto (montonera, nombre de guerra Rita), sin mencionar ningún estado de embarazo. (Esto consta en el Legajo CONADEP, caso número 2085, incorporado formalmente al expediente de la causa judicial iniciada por el juez Bagnasco).

En agosto del 78 le fue entregado el cadáver de esa hija. Según sus dichos, la entrega del cuerpo fue algo inusual: lo entregaron el mismo día de su muerte.
