  • @eowdaoc I'm sure, you cant see it too much from the side but I can tell by the swinging motion at the bottom which is typical of atg squats.

  • @djtrackie i agree, what's with the old spotter?

  • not sure how effective that spotter could have been....

  • solid lift

  • It was far below parallel, his stance is just very wide for an ATG squat. I tried squating that way don't really like the good morning you tend to make out of the hole but strength wise he'd be able to do the same amount of weight with a closer stance. Remember this guy power cleans over 400lbs you need to be able to backsquat atleast 580 ATG to do that for most people.

  • @chadcite far below parallel? are you sure?

  • Good squat. Everybody stfu

  • I was there and that is my brother....he goes below parallel....don't argue with me about this

  • @rctriplefresh5 that was below parallel.....

  • no it wasnt. it appears he going deep because his back leans forward but if you look at his hips hes far above 90 degrees. still a strong lift either ways.

  • Not unless those are like 150 lbs plates then thas only like 400 somethin and whats that old ass man suppose to do if u cannot get that weight up yur both screwed! Thas not smart guy! Maybe next time the guy takin the picture shuld switch!

  • well seeing that the "old guy" was an all american shot putter and if you can read it says how heavy the plates are.

  • what was his name? the shot putter i mean
