No, I don't think he has been to college; but I now see that he is a very intelligent person. I think he knows what populist means, he only expresses that as a democratically elected leader he should be expected to be a populist. Many South Africans may be embarrassed to have him as the leader, but I think he is very capable, and is the right person for the job at this time.
