A couple things. I have had almost all of the communication devices on the market at this point and the G4 is truly the only one that I've been totally satisfied with. They DO have an accessory available for on the bike charging (aux port to USB/charging port, and they have just started a program (this year) that is a battery replacement program......THANK GOD! The battery lasts great right now, but its just good to know, especially because none of the other ones offer that!!

YOU made the usb pug connection difficult- there is a black arrow on one side of the usb plug.

No, the USB fit is not for that reason. They do not give you a charger for on the bike. The Sena Sm110 model does offer a cigarette lighter charger for on the bike. Different manufacturer.

I am hesitant to order ANY of the newest units. None of them have removable, replaceable batteries.That means when the battery dies, so does your unit. I don't much like the fact that you spend more than $200 and then you toss it when the battery dies. Most of these units are rechargeable about 100 times.

cool i made a mod with my controller so it sends bt signals than i god a very light weight helmet with foam on the in side like you see in motor cycle helmets and attached it and it worked so well
