Wai yu no put music? I was on another tab and then I came back here and the video finished playing so I was like OMG A NINJA then when I watched it, I realised you didn't put any music LOL
Sweet back handsprings but you bend your arms every time in your landing, lucky your a guy and your shoulders can take that punishment, however its better if there straight and your use your shoulders for you rebound rather than bending your arms. I broke my arm doing this skill cuz my arms where bent. but heeps gud other wise =D
Your backhandsprings are really good but a good tip would be to lock your arms the whole time you are touching them on the ground because if you pause the video when your hands are unlocked you can see your entire body weight coming down on your arms, if you stay locked out and dont bend those elbows it will take a lot less energy out of you (and its safer). Just shrug your shoulders like you already are to finish instead of bending the elbows. Hope I helped! Awesome Job!
Actually, the bending of his arms isn't the main problem. The reason why his weight is coming on him is because he doesn't extend his arms fully back; if you observe when he lands, his arms are still slightly in front of his face; if he pulled them back behind his ears, he wouldn't have this problem.
