Mixing audio and video well takes a great deal of time effort and style to do. its not like they just grabbed a random chunk of anime and grabbed a random song and slapped em together. Well, if you really think about it, the only reason people make these videos is to express their love for a certain series. I find nothing wrong with that. Are you saying that the only things worth making are things that are entirely original? Are you saying that admiration and tribute are a waste of time? Well, I don't think Motoko has really violet hair ( she has black hair in the movies and violet can often be used for black in animation, so a real Motoko would certainly have black hair ). About the thong... it's actually why I dislike so much Motoko's outfit in the anime... she's a military officier, not a whore -_-... this oufit is so unfitting/perverted IMO (and more respect for women please).

She's not a military officer in the anime. She's former military working for a civilian security department so her choice of wardrobe is up to her. Aramaki doesn't seem to care and since they work undercover, having free rein to choose your outfit is okay. She only wears the thong when not on an op or at a meeting with Aramaki. If she goes on an op, she wears her combat outfit.
