they should always have these in industrial parks or on the edge of towns .not in the middle of a town near food shops and children ..look what happens when toilet waste gets into a water supply ,it happened in london in the 19th century and disentry killed a few 1000 all spreading from where shit and piss thrown opn the street leaked into the water main and it went from there
