loved watching this serie J.N. was the best DCI ! also loved Bergerac when I was a teenager. He was the boyfriend i'd have loved to date ! my sister met him once in Dingles she started talking to him then he said oh you're french ! and then he talked to her in french, a very nice guy !

i nearly cried when i saw the last episode couldn't believe it was the very last one i'll miss you dci Barnaby ! in france we don't have the NEW Barnaby yet anyway it won't be the same !

I actually prefer the NEW Barnaby... welll he'sll quiet and figures out the crime wihout really meaning to... it's funny! And on top if that he has a degree in psychology... which makes it really funny sometimes..

Good TV series with true White English people.I heard Brian True-May got fired because he admitted that the success of this series its because he never accepted Foreign ethnic groups to participate in the series to keep it good old English.He got fired because for standing for his country,culture and race.If you watch Indian movies/TV you'll see only Indians,the same in China.So why not in England and Europe?

That really pisses me off.They want us to feel guilty to be Whites and for the past.

This is one of the best TV murder dramas ever written. I am slowly working towards

collecting every episode on DVD. I will miss John Nettles as Inspector Barnaby,

and I'm not sure that his replacement whoever that maybe will measure up to him.

But I will try to keep an open mind and give him a chance. Good bye John we will

I have read a interview with John Nettles. He said that he thought Barnaby was a dull man. He'd liked him to drink alot more and had a few affairs on the side - but the producers of Barnaby didnt think so! : )
