The approach isn't that bad. Especially considering the setting of the crag. It's a great place and the hike makes it worth it.

The approach sucked, but we got a few good climbs in on the day we went. I'd like to find some better sport crags in the area because the Monastery is kind of a cheese-grater and the approach was hell.

This place is great! Although its a uphill hike both ways. Take the op to pick some quartz while their! God I miss CO! We almost got thugged by a mountain lion on our hike in. About half way in on the hike you get to a gulley with 15 foot walls on both sides. He was coming down while we were coming up! Made poop stains! lol
