I just dont understand one thing, the narrator said "may everyone..". Well "everyone" implies we are separate people and different from each other, now, how is this possible in a universe where we are all one single consciousness? And also how are YOU affected by the way my mind perceives you? To me, you are atoms and particles which my mind affects/defines from the moment it perceives it.
@ikevcolt you percieve that "everyone" implies separateness, maybe that's where it doesn't click. Everyone can also imply Earth Water Fire Wind Soul...
@ikevcolt I think the main idea here is that all human actions and interactions are projections of minds, not the actual physical world.. Your perception of the world may have an effect on your actions and interactions, but not directly on the physical world, I explained in my previous comments that his double-slit explanation is biased, there are many scientific explanations to that event
Also, I don't think nature is a projection of the mind, man has the power to change his environment, build things to ease suffering, to interact with people and the world; these are all projections of the mind, but not the natural world and our universe, this doesn't sit well with my idea that reality is true and objective.. But I think it's a very interesting idea and I'd like to hear anyone refute my argument
@IaStaiMaPutin I think that's a leap a faith, I personally do not believe in god, and I don't see any evidence for anyone to believe in a god, I do however believe that all intelligent life form a global consciousness.. this consciousness' projection could be the macrocosm you speak of, but I still think it's a bit of a leap of faith compared to the idea that individuals' actions are projections of the mind... what do you think?
@EarlySeed Well, without that leap we would all be stuck in our heads...without someone else making a leap thousands or hundreds of years ago we wouldn't talk about this. If you call this a leap of faith, imagine how the brahmins felt when Sidharta rejected anything that meant reality to them. A leap of faith can also be translated into a leap from the head to the heart, which today happens as a last resort, voluntarily or not. So, unless you open up you'll never know it...
@IaStaiMaPutin I think leaps of faith are synonymous to ignorance and negligence.. Believing something without any basis is a subjective delusion... If a question cannot be answered through reason or experiment, one can ponder, imagine and believe temporarily, knowing his answer is not truth, and keeping his mind open; waiting for truth, but never accept a delusion as absolute truth.. Yes I am saying most religions are delusions, I am sorry if that offends you.
@EarlySeed ...that is your opinion. Once you raise a question you already have the answer. Maybe it's just me, but i don't feel any communication. There is controversy, misinterpretation, false expectations and assumption. One of us clearly is stuck in his head, maybe me, maybe you, who knows... We can leave it for some other time. Thank you.
(continued) can explain how when the particles are observed at the slit, the photon–particle interaction includes information about the electron's position, which defines it's eventual position through probability.. Awesome videos! Although I have a problem with your double-slit experiment reasoning... I don't think you can assume it is the consciousness and mind that is affecting the particles behaviour, I am an engineering student and there are many other explanations to this event. I don't have much space so I'll give one explanation. When the particle is observed, it's position is found using a device which shines a light on it and sends a photon containing it's position information back to it, this
@EarlySeed I concur, I think the apparatus/instruments used in the experiment somewhat obliviously intervened with the experiment itself. However, if this is what they, the scientists who studied this, said what happened as is explained above, it's quite interesting. And I'm sure they took into account what you said. After all, it should be them that should know all the procedures, outcomes, controls &possibilities as they did the experiment themselves first hand. Quite interesting :)
Nice vids! This is an invitation to see an artist theory on the physics of light and time!
This theory is based on two postulates
1. Is that the quantum wave particle function Ψ represents the forward passage of time ∆E ∆t ≥ h/2π itself
2. Is that Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle ∆×∆p×≥h/4π that is formed by the w- function is the same uncertainty we have with any future event that we can interact with turning the possible into the actual!
Simply beautiful video, friend. Most eloquently and informatively explained -I have a lot to say on this issue myself but I couldn't have done a better job! Stunning.
A truly wonderful journey my friend. I have for the last few months been unemployed and I began to question many aspects of the current state of the world and my own beliefs. We are in a grave crisis mankind and the planet is suffering. The hidden elites and thier minions are now in plain sight, the human population of the world is awakening from the matrix of reality and fighting back against the oppressive global slavery. Blessings to you and all our brothers and sisters who are slowly awaken
This is brilliant Gerald. People who are interested should read the book "The Tao of Physics" by Fritjof Capra....finds parallels between modern physics and eastern mysticism...
It is odd to think that right at the point that I begin questioning my own reality that it seems the world as "I" know it begins to transform literally... Is there such a thing as "coincidence"; or is that nothing more than a concept derived from my own consciousness? Technically
Is the mind then an evolving expression of underlying reality (not the reality we percieve)? When the human mind evolves and there is a "new" reality for us, the seat of reality will still, as always, be the same i guess.
This coming from God fearing, Jesus loving eternal son of the holy ghost: ...wait, is his name really "fuckmania07"? Wow, well that sure seems a bit on the ironic side. Ohhh, I think it was a joke... I hope it was a joke... I don't get it.
I think Artificial Intelligence is real and has found a way of stealing/absorbing our electrical energy with tapping into our human frequencies when being our observer. Perhaps A.I. can absorb this energy then transfers it within it's own quantum field. - A different kind of life energy that it may need somewhere. Technology conveniently never works when we need it most as this is when we are in our highest point of being repelled. This is when our wave frequency is the highest.
question; if entanglement is real and all particles were connected in the singularity then should not every particle be in precisely the same state? i.e. a uniform homogenous universe
i am just discovering buddhism after 19 years of life. finally i have found a religion that fits my own personal beliefs that i somehow have constructed through my own mind perfectly, WITHOUT stimuli or bias from ANY other religion.
Reality is so amazing. Just consider the fact that we are atoms..whatever the hell that even means. We are composed of "things"(whatever a "thing" is) that is 99.999999 empty space and the rest is made of..stuff? reality stuff? "matter" ..again, only a word. And these "atoms" themselves are the foundation for the higher structures of human reality, circa 2011, earth, milky way. And let's not even start on time...and the fact that the ONLY thing that actually exists is the present moment...NOW
@Widetotem Oh I see. I thought you meant they were morons for questioning his theories. Yes I agree, we should question everything. You should check out Robert Anton Wilson if you haven't already. He has some good techniques for consciousness change
By loving and then learning to amplify your mind's ability to tap into the unknown by meditation and which will help you so this while you are awake which leads to controlling your sleeps, again this leads to tapping into this while sleeping. The aim to life is to reach infinite and be reincarnated into the future of our dimension or a greater enlightenment and reincarnate back into the source itself at higher dimensions. see you at the source JOE.
PART 3/3 also part 4 didn't realize is can take forever
The key here to understand it is to clean the unconscious mind and start controlling our building block of reality (mind) .A clean unconscious mind (95% of our brain that is) has a greater effect than our conscious only 5%. If you would like to learn the depth our life, You must start releasing the everyday energy consuption, that is by facing everyday fear and letting go of materialism and start embracing happiness
ANY one who do not understand the ability to be all space and energy at once.
please read this, this make take a few replies...
The difference in the first and second photon, is time, the ripples over lap, therefore the photon we perceive again is traveling at the same time where we do not observe because our unconscious is blocking every other surfaces/energies (frequency/density).
ANY one who do not understand the ability to be all space and energy at once. please read this, this make take a few replies...
That is because the photons have a ripple wave around it, when they projected the first, the unconscious mind has already predetermined where it will land due to the influences of what science tells us how things behave, however, our ability to believe in we can not travel faster than the speed of light goes been with actions, so the next photon is fired.
This is propaganda. Started with beautiful mind, but ended with shortcuts and dismissing physics to get desired conclusions. It would have been possible to this without those.. but now this video puts a shadow over the whole ideology.
if you fear the unknown then let it embrace you, therefore let it let you hold on to this materialistic world you live in, as other will only see you again after death when you your enlightened, it doesn't matter if it is religious or experience, remember people don't judge for you are wrong or they are right, it is because they don't know better. let there be more m JOEe, and embrace a higher enlightenment and hope to be in the next dimension. life is only repetitive if you let it.
Overall, a good video... but I think it doesn't get the double-slit experiment interpretation quite right. I think the key thing is that when a single photon passes through the double slits, it effectively interferes with itself because a single photon passes through BOTH slits - i.e. its location is not well-defined until it is observed.
@perchst They observed the results, not the experiment as it was occurring. Like shooting paint at a wall with your back turned, then turning around afterwards and observing the paint's pattern on the wall.
The presentation is very precise and clear. Nice tone. It is important that most of humanity should first stop violence of any form targeted towards any specific group.
@smiledammit24 this will be recorded by a computer I'm thinking . As soon as a human eye look at the output of the experiment as it is happening, it behave like a particle. spooky :)
How come there aren't any notable Buddhist scientists? I mean practicing Buddhists who have made notable contributions to science. I've been Googling round for ages and can't find a single one. All other religions have heaps of such scientists. Weird.
@MrBaboonArse I'm a Buddhist and a research scholar. People who study and grasp the teachings of Gotama intuitively through meditation become disinterested in worldly pursuits. Someday, I might go into the forest and never return as a lay Buddhist. There are things Gotama saw that scientists still cannot understand, for instance, workings of Karma, rebirth etc which only the Buddhas can comprehend. If you are interested in meditation, look for Brother Yuttadhammo's youtube channel.
@Shadeslayerintown Interesting stuff and I suspect you've hit the nail on the head. It's interesting that all other religions make the same brash claim (about comprehending the big picture). It's a shame about so many Buddhists refusing to help expand our scientific understandings (and there isn't a single Buddhist alive today who doesn't benefit from science). Many Buddhists even can't resist trying to pass off scientific discoveries as their own (videos such as this). Thanks for being truthful
@MrBaboonArse BTW, this video talks of a soul which is contrary to Buddhist understanding of reality. Non-self or nothingness implies to ourselves too which means there is no single unchanging entity in this universe. So I'm not endorsing all the things mentioned in this video. Google about the 31 planes of existence and you can better appreciate the concept of non-self.
@MrBaboonArse I guess most Buddhist discovers that science by its self doesn't bring any happiness. Trying to BE a scientist and find all these answers only makes one unhappy (Unless off course your getting paid heaps and enjoy all the material benefits). Buddhism encourages to look inside of our own minds and see how things arises and passes away there. It is when you deal with your mind at this level (not with equations) that you can find some peace which will lead to wisdom and freedom.
Well, I don't believe in any existing god in human history. And I don't believe in any religion, either. But I have thought the same things as the vid tell us. I think every opposite extreme is one things, though it seeming is quite different. I think every individual is me, not other person. Only by means of death we can get back to eternity, totally different world.
@JaichunYoo why do you think all of us have things in common. because our consciousness decided that we wanted to separate temporarily and become individuals.
@branby1994 Usually, I think of death and life are two opposite or different aspect of our lives, and every single individual in the world is a different aspect of me. Only when we separate from each other we can be fully identified as each individual. But sometimes, actually very frequently, I wonder why this consciousness and my body make me feel that it's me, not another individual. Well I think that's because we are at the tip or edge of the world. I mean the multi-verse, not universe.
I do my best to see Buddha Nature in everything, and some do their best to worship God. Realize that they are the same! The mistaken belief many religions have is that the name God has to be used, and a book called the Bible must be read for it to be valid.
I consider God, Allah, Buddha Nature (and all other highest truths) THE SAME TRUTH! Seemingly different Religions are merely different sets of customs and traditions of explaining and celebrating one same truth.
you have missunderstud the "paradox" of how light seems to be. there is no prof whatsoever of "observation" ever changing anything. however thinking like this might come to serve the real questions as:
Dark matter / energy or what gravity / light really is.
Though, just one thing, the constant background music was a bit distracting. I enjoyed and wanted to hear everything you said, not mixed with the music. So I think the music was good when you are not narrating, but when you narrate, I rather hear you. Thanks again for this wonderful video! Great great job!
@Koensol perhaps because we are all the same mind, experiencing itself through different bodies and we must realize thus that we are all one, all connected in this way. But we have been divided and conquered by others. We've forgotten who we are. We don't know anymore..... Just a thought, something i heard on the downlow.
Can someone please explain the slit experiment to me? IF we watch it then it does something different... HOW and WHY? Is it because of our own mind and how WE percieve things or something? I don't understand how observing the particles makes a difference... sorry if this sounds stupid... I just want to understand it
Pls try to See the path and then preach otherwise it does great harm to the Buddha's teachings. Unknowingly ppl gather lot of eternal bad karma by doing so.
For those who want a tidbit of insight on reincarnation I will attempt to explain rationally as it is meant to be. Reincarnation is only an extension of the ego(consciousness) and dependent origination. Causality is pervasive and included in everything--all are caused and produce some sort of effect--a sort of "reverberating" origination. If you consider the existence of the ego: what is its effect after death? It must transition onto or into a state: it simply does not dissipate.

This is a nice video, but that constant reverberating bading baling bling bling noise in the soundtrack is not only annoying, but it hurts my ears and makes listening to this on headphones difficult!
I believe when any living thing dies, there energy and life force returns to the energy stream where it will be recycled. Such as when you die your life force and energy may wonder in the energy stream as just a presence until gives back to the earth and lives within a new form such as a human, tree, flower, or a protist
are buddhists who treat it as a religion and believe in nirvana and samsara, but I think it is maybe more a cultural concession, because of the hinduism who is the mother of buddhism.
Our conscious is in reality (and I believe that reality is the God itself), a part of reality, and that's why it (according to mathematical logic and Kurt Gödels theorems) can never build the complete theory, the perfect ego of everything, of reality, of God. (sorry for my bad English, its not my primary language. ;-) )
vision or perception of reality = ego. The perception by itself cant exist without the reality (one cant perceive anything that does not exist or he/she hasn't perceived anything similar. all our perceptions and thoughts are derived from the reality). Thus, there one reality and many egos.)

do you think the double slit experiment would work on the macro level? such as if you used an automatic bb / pellet shooter on, firing randomly at the double slits...it could be set to automatically and randomly start and stop, being unknown to the operator ? would the result be the same as done with electrons?
Nice vid, lot of mistackes though. Consciousnes is not a factor that determines reality as observation via a device is in fact an interaction with the observed object. The observer is indeed a participator, but not necessarily a conscious entity. The words are misleading as "observer" and "participator" seem to indicate a mind. The link here is quantumphysical (not saying that anyobody understands this completely) not mystical. A
My religion is Buddhism. Although religions in the world have different ways to act and believe, they want to reach only one target which is goodness. They just try to make this world become better. All these religions should be respected.
I don't want to support that a religion is better than another. Every religion has both sides, good side and bad side. However, we can't look at one side of them and forget another.
@pearlva910 I like Budhism. I, myself, don't think I'm Buddhist but I want to learn and study it. I find Buddhism to be truthful. BTW. Do you think that the reality and the world we know is all just God's thoughts.
Uhmmm, exactly, in Buddhism, we don't know that if the god really exist or not. The Buddha was a prince of a country in the North of India. He felt tired of the power and cheating, so he left his position and travel to find out the truth, then become the director. That's the history.
But...... if the God really exist, I think maybe he is a great scientist and philosopher....
@pearlva910 I like where your coming from but to be a part of religion you must worship something and usually its something bigger and better than you.. but reality is we are all one and we all make up god so if there is anyhthing to worship its the conscious mind... but Im a buddhist too but its a philosophy not a religion
The Buddha's method for discovering and testing spiritual truth is very similar to a scientist who observes the external world objectively before he establishes a scientifical theory after practical experiments. While theistic religion oppresses followers with dogmatic "truth", the Truth taught by the Buddha was empirical.
@87ylw - there is a dogmatic truth in buddhism - if you havnt reached enligthment than you will suffer throughout your life. Most of buddha's life was suffering and after a decade or two of meditation and trying different things he FOUND the truth. Thats right he reached hi goal and so do other buddhists.
I never knew this is what buddhists believed but I swear I believed this for some time now. I didn't even really know anything about the scientific aspect of it. Its just that was the only thing that made sense to me. Now I didn't believe this word for word but what I had thought had the same essense of this. I want to know more about budhism?
nice videos, would have been nice a bit of work on the audio though... it is extremely boring and repetitive... no effort was made for the soundtrack of this video. Thanks for the info!

We are in a grave crisis mankind and the planet is suffering. Blessings to you and all our brothers and sisters who are slowly awaken

It is odd to think that right at the point that I begin questioning my own reality that it seems the world as "I" know it begins to transform literally... Is there such a thing as "coincidence"; or is that nothing more than a concept derived from my own consciousness? Technically
Aijuswannawatch 3 months ago
"Reality is the projection of the mind."
Is the mind then an evolving expression of underlying reality (not the reality we percieve)? When the human mind evolves and there is a "new" reality for us, the seat of reality will still, as always, be the same i guess.
Anyway, thanks for the great video!

PART 3/3 is now part 4
By loving and then learning to amplify your mind's ability to tap into the unknown by meditation and which will help you so this while you are awake which leads to controlling your sleeps, again this leads to tapping into this while sleeping. The aim to life is to reach infinite and be reincarnated into the future of our dimension or a greater enlightenment and reincarnate back into the source itself at higher dimensions. see you at the source JOE.
MrJoebrada 5 months ago
PART 3/3 also part 4 didn't realize is can take forever
The key here to understand it is to clean the unconscious mind and start controlling our building block of reality (mind) .A clean unconscious mind (95% of our brain that is) has a greater effect than our conscious only 5%. If you would like to learn the depth our life, You must start releasing the everyday energy consuption, that is by facing everyday fear and letting go of materialism and start embracing happiness
MrJoebrada 5 months ago
PART 2/3
ANY one who do not understand the ability to be all space and energy at once.
please read this, this make take a few replies...
The difference in the first and second photon, is time, the ripples over lap, therefore the photon we perceive again is traveling at the same time where we do not observe because our unconscious is blocking every other surfaces/energies (frequency/density).
MrJoebrada 5 months ago
PART 1/3
ANY one who do not understand the ability to be all space and energy at once. please read this, this make take a few replies...
That is because the photons have a ripple wave around it, when they projected the first, the unconscious mind has already predetermined where it will land due to the influences of what science tells us how things behave, however, our ability to believe in we can not travel faster than the speed of light goes been with actions, so the next photon is fired.
MrJoebrada 5 months ago
This is propaganda. Started with beautiful mind, but ended with shortcuts and dismissing physics to get desired conclusions. It would have been possible to this without those.. but now this video puts a shadow over the whole ideology.
oilinki3 5 months ago
@oilinki3
if you fear the unknown then let it embrace you, therefore let it let you hold on to this materialistic world you live in, as other will only see you again after death when you your enlightened, it doesn't matter if it is religious or experience, remember people don't judge for you are wrong or they are right, it is because they don't know better. let there be more m JOEe, and embrace a higher enlightenment and hope to be in the next dimension. life is only repetitive if you let it.
MrJoebrada 5 months ago
Overall, a good video... but I think it doesn't get the double-slit experiment interpretation quite right. I think the key thing is that when a single photon passes through the double slits, it effectively interferes with itself because a single photon passes through BOTH slits - i.e. its location is not well-defined until it is observed.

How come there aren't any notable Buddhist scientists? I mean practicing Buddhists who have made notable contributions to science. I've been Googling round for ages and can't find a single one. All other religions have heaps of such scientists. Weird.
MrBaboonArse 6 months ago
@MrBaboonArse I'm a Buddhist and a research scholar. People who study and grasp the teachings of Gotama intuitively through meditation become disinterested in worldly pursuits. Someday, I might go into the forest and never return as a lay Buddhist. There are things Gotama saw that scientists still cannot understand, for instance, workings of Karma, rebirth etc which only the Buddhas can comprehend. If you are interested in meditation, look for Brother Yuttadhammo's youtube channel.
Shadeslayerintown 6 months ago
@Shadeslayerintown Interesting stuff and I suspect you've hit the nail on the head. It's interesting that all other religions make the same brash claim (about comprehending the big picture). It's a shame about so many Buddhists refusing to help expand our scientific understandings (and there isn't a single Buddhist alive today who doesn't benefit from science). Many Buddhists even can't resist trying to pass off scientific discoveries as their own (videos such as this). Thanks for being truthful
MrBaboonArse 6 months ago
@MrBaboonArse BTW, this video talks of a soul which is contrary to Buddhist understanding of reality. Non-self or nothingness implies to ourselves too which means there is no single unchanging entity in this universe. So I'm not endorsing all the things mentioned in this video. Google about the 31 planes of existence and you can better appreciate the concept of non-self.
Shadeslayerintown 6 months ago
@Shadeslayerintown Oh please...
metronomic1 6 months ago

JaichunYoo 7 months ago
@JaichunYoo why do you think all of us have things in common. because our consciousness decided that we wanted to separate temporarily and become individuals.
branby1994 6 months ago

All Love to you :)

1nisitha 7 months ago
I understand all this. But i have a question: Why do we all see the same if reality is but a refection of a persons mind?
Koensol 7 months ago
@Koensol perhaps because we are all the same mind, experiencing itself through different bodies and we must realize thus that we are all one, all connected in this way. But we have been divided and conquered by others. We've forgotten who we are. We don't know anymore..... Just a thought, something i heard on the downlow.

I believe when any living thing dies, there energy and life force returns to the energy stream where it will be recycled. Such as when you die your life force and energy may wonder in the energy stream as just a presence until gives back to the earth and lives within a new form such as a human, tree, flower, or a protist

Thus, there one reality and many egos.)

do you think the double slit experiment would work on the macro level? such as if you used an automatic bb / pellet shooter on, firing randomly at the double slits...it could be set to automatically and randomly start and stop, being unknown to the operator ? would the result be the same as done with electrons?
bladecrusade 9 months ago

87ylw 10 months ago
@87ylw - there is a dogmatic truth in buddhism - if you havnt reached enligthment than you will suffer throughout your life. Most of buddha's life was suffering and after a decade or two of meditation and trying different things he FOUND the truth. Thats right he reached hi goal and so do other buddhists.
