"Tea Party" is a Big Lie. It's not the simple 1700s. We now have millions of life-saving water-food-air-safety, polic, military, etc. provided by "big government" (We The People). During the real Tea Party there were no freeways, bridges nor school that allowed real tax-paying patriots to work & contribute to the superior progress this nation has. I've never whinedd about paying taxes as without regulations many of us wouldn't be here. Due to Cheney's deregulations the Gulf is an oil pool."

RocknRollDina....I think because of the government, ppl are losing thier jobs and crimes are increasing. Second....without a job or money....you should'nt be in the subway? Third....the homeless will be the only ones with food....we will have to rob the homeless for that....ppl who collect welfare...get low income housing, food paid...free healthcard...and cash aid...I work....and can honestly tell you I know some of these ppl....and our lifestyles are not much different..

Thanks a lot guys. I had a great time at the protest, blowing off some steam. I'm not sure if I would do it again though, because I don't want to be construed as supporting the republican conservatives, whom I believe to be complicit in the collectivist attitude now sweeping the country.

That's great Dan! It is telling that such a speech would not have been possible ANYWHERE in Europe (where I happen to live). The American Sense of Life is still very much alive. Although it is deteriorating. Only a more rational philosophy can save the world, but a good sense of life can buy some time. That's why it's so great to see this kind of reaction from great chunks of the american public!
