The sequel for 9 will have to come out on 12/12/12, with new dolls (the first being 12, since 10 and 11 were failed creations.) Then they do stuff together, probably one of the new dolls becomes evil and replaces Fab Mac.

@Deltaxangon22 Except this isn't Tim Burton, this is Shane Acker. Burton merely produced it. Acker came up with the story, premise, plot, characters, design, setting, etc. He directed the whole thing.

@DamnYouAllToTheAbyss I love his visual style the overall creativity in his setting and character designs, but his narrative skills need some big improvements. 9 had everything going for it except for a thin plot and flat dialogue; if the plot wasn't so linear (and if this 30-40 mins longer) then it could have become something truly great.

Then again, I'm sure Acker probably had bigger plans for this film anyway, but couldn't do them because of budget, time and content costs.

One part of this song reminds me of a spider. The last half of it reminds me of the sharp turns of a snake. The seamstress is a combination of both.

This music is perfect for the scene. The seamstress is a mix of a cobra and a spider, and this music shows the action of both. The steady beat from 1:07 to the end kind of represents the heavy sways of a big snake. The brass and strings sections represent the spider part of it. Both of them together create amazing imagery and a sense of action.
