Ok heres my problem... My parents are COMPLETELY fine with me getting it pierced, but my school doesn't allow any piercings other than the ear lobe. So I was planning on getting it over summer which is about a 3 month holiday but I'd have to change it to a clear one but I don't know if i could at three months. What do you think I should do about that? Ask the place maybe?

Ive had my nose pierced for almost 2 years and it is still very difficult and kind of painful for me to take it out which is very inconvenient for me. :( Ive only changed it once because i accidentally got it hooked on my nail and it got ripped out.

Had it done for about 3 years now. I've got mine done had it done for two weeks and changed it. and mine was $30-$35. didn't hurt at all. Bee sting hurts more than getting ur nose done.

thats ridiculous. mine was 35 and ive been going to the same piercer for a while for my piercings. the quality is amazing. but like you said, it does depend on where you go.

im 13 and i have the first 3 piercings on my ears and on one side the cartilidge and ive had those since th grade. next year or later this year im getting my belly button pierced and i cant decide if i want my nose (obviously only a stud) and i dont do gauges or industrial or anything like that

And youre allOwed to wear that at school? Dang. At my high school, you're only allowed to have your ears pierced. I you have any other piercing, you get detention until you take it out. You can't even have those clear things bc my principal says he can see them. It's really stupid.

Did you have yours pierced with a clamp? If not, maybe that is the reason it did not water.

I got my nose pierced about eight years ago and it did not hurt when he put the needle through, but the clamp hurt. It only takes a second though so it is worth it

I've had mine done for 2 years, and I still love it. I was super scared too but it barely hurt. The redness will go away and you wont even be able to tell its there. Looks good on you girl :)

I'm not trying to sound like a professional in nose piercings, but you shouldnt be touching it and that might be why its red. Your germs could be infecting it and you shouldnt keep touching it and messing with it

i had my nose pierced for about 4 years and i just recently took it out! when i had it most of the time i forgot that i even had it aha i agree when the guy was putting in the little stud it was deff the worst part

when i got my nose pierced it didnt hurt at all XD it happend so fast it was ovr before i even realized what happened but the first time i had it taken out and put back in was worse than gettin it pierced :( i had to get it the nose ring cut because they left it long for swelling reasons so i went back n they took it out n cut it shorter but it was horrible puttin it back in for the first time! she had to like push it n wiggle it back thru the hole

you should twist it - i did mine about 2 years ago, and your nose being red right now is really normal. i had sevral infections however it got better and now i never get them. anyway - if u prefer a ring and not a stud wait at least a year. good luck ^_^

I have one tip from personal experience. Be super careful when taking sun glasses and reading glasses off. I took my sunglasses off, forgetting i had it and ripped it out. ouch!

Kristee, if you ever want to put a ring in it (idk if you like those) you'll have to get your nose repierced most likely -__- I had to, I had a ring, then a stud then got it redone with a ring. Not fun. It's because the canal changes shape with the jewellery and most studs are straight at the beginning, and a hoop would make the canal curved:)

I got my nose pierced and I agree, it felt sort of like a hard pinch or sting or something, it hurt a LITTLE but it goes away very quickly & its reallyyyy not that bad :) If you have your ears pierced you can handle a nose piercing! (: mine bled a bit for about a half hour or something and it made my eyes tear up which was sooo weird cos I didnt feel it coming like you usually do when you cry haha! :)
