The only way I can say it is that its a goofy fun song and Joey has a goofy fun voice. Then when they took Scott's killer crushing riffs & put John's voice over it on Sound of White Noise and took a more serious approach I was floored. Kinda like they hit puberty and the goofy little kid with the squeaky voice changed into a scary as hell man and they killed.

Joey was a awwesome vocalist, but that just means he needed to do something with Steve Via or Malmsteen, because Anthrax is just too heavy, and sounds GREAT being that heavy, so Joey can't really let his chops fly.
