Back when those girls you mentioned earlier were around, competition wasnt as hard. you didnt have a new young 19 year old coming out with a cd every 4 months. To stay relevant takes more then vocal ability now. I think everyone would agree christina has a much wider vocal range but where is she now?

I saw her live, she sang GREAT!! She only ran without underwear THREE FUCKING YEARS AGO, she has BIPOLAR that had gone untreated, look it up.

Britney's current "comeback" was handed to her. Notice how the real 2007 performance is off of Youtube. Yet her better performances are available. A year later she cleaned up at the VMA's despite the fact she only had ONE mediocre video and it was totally Rihanna's year. Afterwards Perez Hilton, who I guess is on the voting board, made a comment that he was glad they showed support for Britney's comeback. Basically he confirmed it, MTV totally pushed her "comeback". People keep talkin´about how bad this is.and I believe the opposite, I think is her most fucking brilliant performace to date. her performance was not to perform, people just dont get it, dont get how deep she is with her fucking art. @man0whore092 What does "back on top" mean? She hasn't had a multi-platinum album since 2003. Her record sales are only 10% of what they used to be. She hasn't made any contribution whatsover to her music since then. Her label hires skilled producers to cut catchy dance numbers and has Britney stumble into the studio under the influence, "sing" into the mic, and auto-tune the voice. They hype machine is still selling her image and records. Its pretty much a corpse with dance beats at this point

Britney's current "comeback" was handed to her. Notice how the real 2007 performance is off of Youtube. Yet her better performances are available. A year later she cleaned up at the VMA's despite the fact she only had ONE mediocre video and it was totally Rihanna's year. Afterwards Perez Hilton, who I guess is on the voting board, made a comment that he was glad they showed support for Britney's comeback. Basically he confirmed it, MTV totally pushed her "comeback". Not ok

I'm not a Rihanna fan, because she has a shitty voice, too. But they really did steal her year at the awards. She had Shut Up and Drive, Disturbia, Please Don't Stop the Music and Take a Bow in 2008 but they gave all those awards to Britney for ONE (bad) video???
