I always get him outside of smith caseys garage whenever I am saving Dad from the vault he tends to be in areas with high radiation in my game if u go right on the road from the garage to Tenpenny Tower u can see a rad field and that's where I always see him so far Ive encountered him 4 times in different spots in one playthrough

i met uncle leo for the third time in front of vault 101, there were 3 outcasts that started shooting at me, uncle leo just took a gatling laser and started shooting at them, i had fawkes at the time so it was like having two mutie companions, after they killed them, an albino radscorpion appeared and we killed it, after that i left but i felt sorry for uncleo leo so i went back but he was being chased by a yao guai i tried to kill it but i couldnt, so it killed uncle leo :(

Super mutants are misunderstood. Most of them dressed in armour are dangerous and messed up. But supermutants like Uncle Leo and Fawkes seem to be reasonable. In fallout new vegas Jacobstown is full of nice supermutants. And Neil at black mountain. Poor guys.

I could only wish that they didn't end up so sad. If I was playing the game I woulld give THEM something to show that they're not monsters like they think they are.

@fallout2233 Here is something that sets leo (lily's head) and uncle leo apart.

Lily's head leo is a part of her that is supposedly nasty and tells her to do bad things. It makes her go insane when it tries to get out.

Uncle leo is nice, giving and gentle. Therefore, I highly doubt that they could be connected.

A few minutes ago I met him too. Seriously, that's why I saw this video. But I found him outside the Anchorage War Memorial, and was not walking. He was Hurt, very hurt. Fawkes took with me but nothing happened when they met. And he still in that place whit a dead Centaur on he side....poor Super Mutant. I don´t thing he killed the Centaur, because Leo don´t have weapons.

He´s getting more and more hurt, I don´t know why but, I think he will die without receiving damage. Interesting....and sad.
