He has grown up a lot, and although his arrogance is still kinda apparent, (I mean, if it just went away, he wouldn't be the Randy we all love) it's been checked and leveled to the point where he is a lot more humble now. Big improvement from how he use to be. I give him major props for that. He is actually a really nice guy now.
