I liked this! I haven't worked out in YEARS and was able to keep up with it just fine but still felt like I got a mini work out. This would be a great morning routine to start your day with!
10 minutes is not enough cardio to get fast results sorry. If you are looking to get legitimate you need 1 hour a day work out. Doesn't have to be cardio for 1 hour but it would help. I've gone through all of her videos and by doing this one for 10 minutes. The swimsuit bootcamp - 1 day work out (also 10 minutes) and 10 minute jumpstart cardio workout all twice. it not only mixes things up but is 1 hour of cardio. But do what ever your pace is. 1 hour is still recommended imo.

I wasn't happy with my weight at all, I tried getting membership for a gym called planet fitness but was not able to at the time, so I looked on youtube and gladly found you guys, I would do your workouts daily and eat healthier, and can proudly say that I have lost over 50 pounds and now weigh 160 pounds.. i love it i was a size 8 then i had a operation to put a tube into my tummy and put on weight and this is a great 10min work out to get rid of the weight without hurting myself :)

This is my favourite cardio work out I've done, it's at my level or just below but at least I can do this without needing a break or a drink so that's perfect for now.

this looks like a qwuick workout I can do before work in the morning. I need to get my energy up without caffeine and I woud love to see some toning in my butt and thighs. And when I see regular women like this its inspires me. I tru;y beliebve I can do this workout routine!
On my opinion this would be several times more "cardio" if she'd do those moves even slightly the same way as in real kickboxing. Real striking recruits the entire body.
@NihilistiPekka Possibly, but fitness (cardio) kickboxing is not the same as traditional kickboxing or martial arts. It is purposely modified to be safer, effective and easier to follow for the general population.
My only suggestion at the cool down last part is to rotate your shoulders backwards instaid of forwards since most ppl do tent to hunch down, that will keep a straighter posture the whole day... anyway, excelente video! Thumbs up, thank you!!!

@firewire95 Yep, they're very different. Fitness and cardio kickboxing is like what you see here. You'll have to take real boxing classes at a martial arts studio (probably) to get the "real" thing.
This is almost what i learnt in the gym during kickboxing classes just that it lasted 1hour. S i just double up the sequences and add warm up and cool down.
this is an awesome workout! the people on the floor below me don't think so though. oh well! (they complain about everything! and it's a dorm!! you'd think i'd be the least of their problems)
Is this like boxercise? because i do kickboxing 3 times a week and i am aiming for my b belt 2nd dan and i can see similarities with the shoulder movements and i really like how pulling the punch back in is a main part of it but i never do anything like this although we do alot of different cardio

Hit REPLAY twice and have a great and SIMPLE workout that has you losing the weight fast. Remember to do resistance training (weights/bands) and watch your diet. The weight shall drop for sure. Just do 3 sets of this.
that was amazing! i have a really good varied workout now! i jog with my dog every morning and every night, monday, thursday and saturday its yoga, tuesday morning is belly dance, and this in between! thank you! its actually nice to get a good power workout in there!
I LOVE these workouts. I am in no way fat bu t I used to be a little chubby and I shed pounds with this. I am only 15 and I do this workout or another 15 minute cardio once a day with an abb exersice and I've seen results in a week, just stick with it and you'll be glad you did.
Lol best workout ive ever done, and tht tip about going ur own speed is really helpfull becaz when i work out with videos i always got left behind and when i did; i thought that it wont work rite and i stop and get sidtracked and that kinda ruins the whole mood

Is this like boxercise? because i do kickboxing 3 times a week and i am aiming for my b belt 2nd dan and i can see similarities with the shoulder movements and i really like how pulling the punch back in is a main part of it but i never do anything like this although we do alot of different cardio

Hit REPLAY twice and have a great and SIMPLE workout that has you losing the weight fast. Remember to do resistance training (weights/bands) and watch your diet. The weight shall drop for sure. Just do 3 sets of this.

that was amazing! i have a really good varied workout now! i jog with my dog every morning and every night, monday, thursday and saturday its yoga, tuesday morning is belly dance, and this in between! thank you! its actually nice to get a good power workout in there!

I LOVE these workouts. I am in no way fat bu t I used to be a little chubby and I shed pounds with this. I am only 15 and I do this workout or another 15 minute cardio once a day with an abb exersice and I've seen results in a week, just stick with it and you'll be glad you did.

Lol best workout ive ever done, and tht tip about going ur own speed is really helpfull becaz when i work out with videos i always got left behind and when i did; i thought that it wont work rite and i stop and get sidtracked and that kinda ruins the whole mood
