You realize that he said that its not free... But it will check to see which drivers you need to update and give you a list of the ones that are out of date... This helps because then you can just look online for that specific driver and download it from its original site.

Something weird that happened to me was I updated the drivers for my graphics card on my laptop, restarted it and it worked fine, about 2 hours later I restarted it again and it blue screened had to throw it away and get another one.

why will the updates crash your computer?

sometimes certain updates are good for some drivers but may cause conflicts with other parts of the computer causing the computer to crash. So you know what they say. If its working, dont update it!

i think radarsync is a good app to use, it has a free version and you press scan, it finds what is out of date, then you click download all(or one of them) and it downloads all of them for you. then you just click on the buttons that say install.

have u tried resetting the router? unplug everything, i.e router or modem, n leave for about 10 seconds, then plug everything back,including the rj 45 cable, n let the NIC be assigned a new address..hope it works..

There is a free program called "RadaSync" that will search and download new drivers. Just google it. I'm not guaranteeing that it's perfect but it's the only free "do it all" program I could find.

Hi, my 12 year old daughter has a sony laptop that was running xphome. She upgraded it to vista premium and all seemed well, when we realized that the vista upgrade stopped all sound and mic functions dead.
