Windows Table PC might be more technically advanced than the iPad, but this device is probably quite a good number of years away from reaching the home consumer market & will most likely be far out of most peoples price bracket when it does come out.

IMO the choice between $499-$829 for an iPad or $5,000-$10,000 for a Windows Table PC is not really too difficult! Lol

man to tell you honestly i like windows better than apple when it comes to gadgets like this. seriously, just look at the new project apple has: a big button for typing? you have to scroll over the letter then click twice to capitalize. this is waaaaaay better than apple's ideas. no offense guys but its my opinion

it started out with an icelandic thing called the react table which was an audio manipulation table running PD on Linux. Windows nicked the idea as you can see... typical microsoft :-p

That's funny ... and true. Have you seen the "Microsoft Surface Parody" video? Definitely done by a Mac user. Even though it probably has less functionality than the iPhone, it still has the 'cool' factor of an interactive table...
