  • Biggest tip I can give you to improve your running/cardio is to do interval training. Not wussy intervals HARD intervals. Do like 20 second sprints with 60 second jog which is what I used to do. Yea, I'm more out of shape now, but I'm telling you dude, intervals are the shiz.

  • when you are doing crunches, you should lick some pussy.

  • eat a stalk of celery a day! as a snack. you burn more calories from chewing then actually eating it (negative calories!) plus its filling. good luck :D

  • every morning when u get up ..go run in the sun when its really hot..

    so that way u will lose more weight.

    and dont forget to drink alottttt of water!

    Exercising in the sun does nothing but dehydrate you. Don't buy into the myth that "raising your body temperature" will do anything to help you lose weight. You're already a toasty 98.6 degrees.
