And effects of steroid makes you numb to "burn" you get during workout, gives you "robotic" feeling under duress, it takes out "hard work" involved. You get gain with no pain, along with other health complications. Had he not taken steroid, he would have had to be very determined.

Short term: it fries 'circuits' in your CPU- kills brain cells: memory loss, can't focus, and in worst cases, equivalent of retardation.
