man dont do 6 reps on each arm of just a 20 kg, go lower, and make your body form much better, maybe try a 10 kg weight and do 20 reps of 3 sets, make sure your body and arm form is very good.
But at our age, you shouldnt do anything which you cant keep perfect form with, you risk damaging your growth plates in your arms and phalanges, meaning you could stunt your growth, doing 10kg with perfect form is a lot better than doing 20kg cheat curls
your not evan doing it rite, your upper arms shouldnt be moving at all, just ur forearms should be going up and down and ur elbows need to stay in at ur gut
