This woman just wants to cut you off at the knees. I've worked HR for 15 years and it doesn't work her way. @skyminder1 HR is almost always the problem. Boss comes to employee and harasses poor bastard who then goes to HR. What does HR do? Sides with the bullying boss, of course. HR is a dead expense.
