He regrets hurting Sekai and Kotonoha. He even wants Sekai to keep the baby. I think he died because he thought it was best. He could have ran to the hospital, or call 911. But he didn't. He just walked down the beach, talking about the two girls. In the end, he loved Kotonoha. I would have rather seen this for a deatch scene in the anime, because we see a nice Makoto. The Makoto in the anime didn't get a chance to change his act. It's sad, nobody deserved to die.
I think they all deserved to die. Makoto thinks lovers are as disposable as the condoms he was too stupid to use, Sekai is a manipulative bitch who brings Makoto and Kotonoha together just for the purpose of coming between them to use that thrill of "the other woman" appeal to start something between her and Makoto, and Kotonoha is a dependant psycho bitch. Sekai and Kotonoha are off their nut and, as such, have no rightful place in society, and Makoto's a douchebag.

Yeah,but Sekai is the one who messed up the "charm/spell" thing he tried to do,part of me thinks that "cursed" Makoto somehow which caused the events of School Days.And yes your right,there's like 40 endings.And when Sekai looked at Makoto's cell phone she started going all "Watcha got there dude?" on Makoto before practically demanding that he tell her who it was on his cell phone's background with that weird smile of her's.

And it was all the choices that Mokoto made and his choices lead to his death, Sekai snapping and killing him, Kotonoha already a lunatic goes even crazier chops his head off kills Sekai opens her up at night and claims Sekai isn't pregnant (which is ridiculous after all she not an OBGYN) and sails off with his head into the sunset on a boat. To me Kotonoha became far worse then Sekai and Makoto.
Anyway,the impression I got of Makoto is that he's not so much a pervert as he is a teenager who's too overly cautious about any relationship to the point of occaisonal stupidity,I mean he's nervous during almost every single second of the game.Even when he's having sex he still seems he's scared for some weird reason.
Finally,I think School Days was made to intentionally depress the player,since a lot of the choices go to routes you don't want.

No one deserved to die, but it is everybody's fault that the chaos in the anime occured.

Unlike most of the terrible fans, I LOVE Sekai. I am a girl and love her in a fan character way. She's my fav. I am trying to get as many Sekai fans as possible since there are so many Sekai haters. Besides, Makoto got what he deserved. If your a Sekai hater, then I find it extreme you would message me just about the fact I wrote Sekai's my favorite character.

He regrets hurting Sekai and Kotonoha. He even wants Sekai to keep the baby. I think he died because he thought it was best. He could have ran to the hospital, or call 911. But he didn't. He just walked down the beach, talking about the two girls. In the end, he loved Kotonoha. I would have rather seen this for a deatch scene in the anime, because we see a nice Makoto. The Makoto in the anime didn't get a chance to change his act. It's sad, nobody deserved to die.

Or take a baseball bat to her. Baseball bat's got far more reach than a knife, decent attack speed, does an incredible amount of damage to any bones it hits, and is legal pretty much everywhere. I mean who doesn't have an aluminum or at least a wooden baseball bat? Especially in a country where the sport is popular (like Japan). If she attacks you with a weapon, the self-defense laws are pretty forgiving, especially if you only cripple the attacker.

And it was all the choices that Mokoto made and his choices lead to his death, Sekai snapping and killing him, Kotonoha already a lunatic goes even crazier chops his head off kills Sekai opens her up at night and claims Sekai isn't pregnant (which is ridiculous after all she not an OBGYN) and sails off with his head into the sunset on a boat. To me Kotonoha became far worse then Sekai and Makoto.

If Makoto had to die in the anime, I would have rather picked this ending for it, because Makoto admits to what he did and he regrets everything. In my opinion though, they should have let Makoto live and change his act. If Sekai was realky pregnant, Makoto could have been a good father to his child, and remain faithful to Kotonoha. No one deserved to die, but it is everybody's fault that the chaos in the anime occured.

I felt that the anime SHOULD have been longer so we could see him straighten up and at least get out of the sex addiction and although I believe "the practice" with Sekai didn't help it was not her fault it would have happened if he slept with Kotonoha sex addiction would have happened no matter what partner he had.
