From my experience the Arc Audio line of amps are phenomenal. both in output and sound quality. They are designed by Robert Zeff which is the same person who founded Zapco. I believe they do make 2500w rms in the SE line. But its gonna run you at least a grand. You could also take two of the amps i have and strap them together. That would produce about 2500w rms.
hey i also have a mazda 6 and im trying to setup my system. but i cant seem to be able to remove the panel so i could reach my stereo. that shit is whack
can u help.
and also how much was that custom panel and where did u get it from. thanks
Yea the panel cost about 170. I was very happy with it. I felt like it was worth 50 bucks at the most. To remove the stock panel. You first have to remove the center console(panels where the shift knob is at). Then there is going to be two srews at the bottom of the stock panel. Remove those. Than you can carefully remove the panel. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Its gonna take some force to pull it out. So dont be scared to pull to hard.
u should tune a lil higher if ur looking to meter. but tis is a good sub. miss mine alot. regret selling boh the 12 and the 15. all i got is my neo which should be here soon.
Haha thanks man. I dont y. Kinda just turned out that way i guess. I actually took the box out and ripped the vinyl off. Im going to just wrapped it in black carpet.
I seen your amp and looks like your voltage drops down to 11V. Looks like your subs are barely moving. How are your subs wired.? or perhaps you need a more powerful amp?
I would put them in a ported box. That would increase the output by about 3dbs give or take. Make sure your subs are wired at 2ohm if possible. You might not have them wired right which would cause you not to get the full amount of power from your amp.
Is your box ported? I would first make sure the gain is set properly. to do this set your deck to 3/4 up. Then turn the gain up on the amp until you start hearing distortion. Once you hear distortion turn it down till its gone. Your max volume will now be 3/4. Also are how are your subs wired?
12inch tc 3000 of course ;) well u cant really expect anything from this subs. they arent for metering. my neo i got is 6x stronger than a reg 3hp motor. im send u a link thru message
I kinda disagree. The sensitivity is the best but the xmax is very good. The can handle plenty of power too. Ive seen one blow up at 4000w at 40min. only because the cone came loose from the surround. I hit 145.5 yesterday on the TL at 46hz. I was actually peaking at 53 though. IMO i consider this just a all around amazing sub.
thanks. There pretty badass speakers. Id take one over the overprice W7 anyday. I heard those sundown amps are pretty badass. You should post a video of it when you get it all setup.
