  • @BlackrebelMC83 to be honest, chain punching has a lot more to it than what it seems. practicing chain punching correctly will go more in your favor than practicing any other technique. it seems plain & simple (which it sort of is) but there are many things to take into account, & it can be applied in many more ways than you'd think. its an essential, crucial practice in wing chun. if u don't want to do the "boring bits", you won't learn wing chun.

  • this guy is crazy don't fight with him

  • @BlackrebelMC83

If you interested in Ip man Siu Lim Tau, you will able to see the whole version on you tube. i only show part of the form as this is only a reference video NOT teaching video. In this video i have shown how to use wing chun to close the distance, it is up to the practitioner choice to use chain punches or other kind of techniques. If you hvae seen the ip man movies, you should know there are a lot more techniques in wing chun rather than chain punch.

  • Thanks for your comment but this video is for demonstration only, not teaching material.

  • Very good. My only suggestion is to do a slow-motion after the regular speed. Thank you for posting.

  • Excellent

  • song name please

  • We can clearly see one of the reasons why there are so many differences in wing chun each student has their own interpretation of the form

  • the reason for this video is to show the difference interpretation of the form, if i just show some box standard applications, you can just learn them on other wing chun videos on youtube

  • Wing Chun is a great system to learn, and i built my own mook yan jong out the back. I also do Chen style Tai Chi, and i have found a good way of mixing the two together. Chen Tai Chi and Wing Chug Chum Kiu, that's a hell of a mix, i have been doing this for years, and i love it. PEACE.

  • Hi Sifu Leo. Very impressed with your videos - its nice to have some good wing chun online for a change.

I study up at Lancaster University and have heard good things about your wing chun. I believe you plan to go to this year's portugal training trip. If so im very much looking forward to learning from you. Specifically i hear your stances are particularily good, and id love to gain some insight :)

  • Hi thanks for you nice words, i would like to go to the portugal training next year but you may know the next IP MAN movie will come out April next year so i may need to go back to Hong kong for the Premier. If the time allow me i will come.

    take care
