Silversea is the worst ships company that I was travelling with! I can't compare it to any other lines...
It was expensive trip so I was expecting happy crew, not the tired slaves walking like shadows, I wanted to see my aparement clean and fabulous, I found the disgusting carpet and the furnitures waiting to be replaced with new onces.
This company is just cutting costs and that's it!
those people are just tired! It's not surpriseing me, cause I saw my stewardess running in the morning with her philipino assistant, than she brought me lunch around 2 pm, I asked what is she doing here, she said that at this time shs's working in room service, and than in the evening she came again. The waiters are in exactly the same situation! They all are working every day, the contracts ar like 6 months 12 hurs per day, when are they suppose to rest? This is not a 5 star environment!
Dozens of awards are more important of one unsatisfied customer. That´s what it counts. Lovely cruise line.
