I'm sure at some point she loved him and never meant him harm. This is how he dealt with it: sometimes the hurt we feel allows us to twist the truth to conform into a mold that will help us feel better about the situation.

I held a 380 semi automatic to my head. That's how bad it hurt me when he dumped me for another. 8 years it took me to get over it. I do not fuck with love. Power attracts power dude. You know the pain now get the power. How get a bookstore degree. Read tons of books. If you aint reading 5 books a week you aint gonna get power.I saw a psychologist and I read. I can relate.. My story didn't happen exactly like yours but it makes me realise all the feelings are alike for everyone that live that kind of situation.. My girlfriend left about 2 months ago without even explaining why and asking me not to call her. I though there must be someone else for her to leave this way but she said that wasnt the case. I called her 5 days after she left and she told me "Do you call all your ex's like that?" I swear I wanted to kill...

I love the part where you say, "You can't be too kind with someone cause some ppl confuse kindness with weakness" That is so damn f***ing true. I'm pretty sure it explains at least partly what happened to me. And also the part where you say that the only thing we really have when we die is the relationships we've built, the impression we left on others. More people need to write their lives in pen. Because honestly, if you know that what you do to the person you love will hurt you as much as it will hurt them, everyone in the world would be a lot kinder...and people wouldn't feel as broken when something like this ends.

I am sorry this has happened to you, and continues to happen to people. Having faith in love is hard as it is, and no one is making it easier.
