Your blood wont boil if you are exposed to the vacuum of space though.. Some of the facts in this video are SO wrong.. your veins are in fact "pressurized" inside your skin, so its physically impossible for it to boil if exposed to vacuum of space.. And you won't freeze or fry like a chicken because there is no air.. If there isn't ambient air around, you cannot freeze/fry to death.
Go back to the drawing board ding-dong. At high altitude, food cooks QUICKER. I live at 5000 ft and because there is lower air pressure, water does boil at a lower temp. That also means that the food (water in cells) boils quicker. But don't believe me, look at the back of a frozen box of bakery goods. They are ALL 15-20 min LESS time at altitude. If your going to teach something, make sure you have the facts straight !
