Kristi Noem doesn't think our traffic laws matter. If someone doesn't respect the laws on our roads in SD why does anyone think they will respect the laws in Washington DC? Scott Heidepriem has the same problem. I will be splitting my ticket this year.
@yamajammer76 SoDak rural I-90 traffic SPEED laws DON'T matter. They are pro-forma to make anal retentive control freaks happy. I-90 in SD is WASTELAND. With only making allowances for traffic volume and vehicle performance, a decent driver can handle 120mph in SoDak. I-90 and I-80 (Nebraska) ought to be unlimited speed in good weather open road -you should only have to make allowances for traffic. Classic Autobahn.
