Buckethead is a pure genius and one of the best composers out there. I just dont understand where is he getting all these ideas from and how quick is he able to put out album after album and song after song. His brain must be connected to the universe or some other dimension somehow..................ahhhh­hh..... I dont now......I guess I'll just enjoy the music.

The thing i like most about Him is that he doesnt get caught up in any of the mainstream media bullshit thats going on these days. His music is pure, and so is he. the day he stops making music is the day good music dies. i wish everyone could understand that just because there are no lyrics doesnt mean theres no emotion. i cry my eyes out every time i listen to I Love My Parents and im not ashamed to say it! I play guitar, and i hope that i will be at least half as good as him someday...

@oxxPaNzERFaUsTxxo amen. no one has ever had as broad a scope, nor the depth of this brilliant man. and i agree 100% about the no lyrics. one time i was arguing with my roomate, who said the most important part of a song was the lyrics, because thats where the emotion was. i asked him if the impact made by "soothsayer" would be deminished if you changed the lyrics. i dont think he got my point, lol. long live the king of music.

Well this album to me is slightly better than a real diamond....And he has came out with some fresh stuff on tour last year just not released on albums yet..... just give him some time and he will hit you with that EPIC ALBUM that youll be listening to everyday. No matter how much any two albums sound alike they are all unique and bucket is GOD.

doesnt it seem kinda odd that this and Real diamond sound ALOT alike, and Forensic follies and needle in a slunk stack are ALOT tthe same... i dont wana bash his creativity but the last Kick ass song he released was a iTunes recording for Forgotten Trail, and it was epic, but for about a year or so there hasnt been much epic-ness if you guys are getting what im saying

He seems to release albums in pairs. EMAC and CSS are similar. AS and SOTP are similar. All though 2 albums were released between shadows and diamond, they're like a pair. I think what happened was he wrote more than 13 songs like this and some wouldn't fit on diamond so he finished another album.

The extended version of Forgotten Trail is kind of stale. When he solos for 6 minutes, they get very repetitive with old licks.
