imagine yourself driving along the streets of some jazz ridden city at night, seeing neon signs, noticing a weird fair bearded man playing the sax on a corner.
I'm a big fan of Zoot Sims, and this solo is I think the most beautiful improvising he ever recorded, or at least that I've heard. and who would have thought the song Exodus could be presented and arranged so well as a jazz format? Quincy, and obviously Frank Sinatra and Michael Jackson agreed, he's indeed THE MAN.
Meus amigos, sou compositor Adilson ribeiro da music L'annéé des nanas.gostaria de suas opiniões se possível em portunhol(portugues com espanhol) pois gostaria de mostrar outros trabalhos mais interessantes.ok.merci
This man is a musical genius!!! Great video. In agreement with your summary, I do agree as to QJ's direction here. I would actually love to hear a fuller rendition of Exodus. I have the LP and all the tracks are around 3- 4 minutes long, Almost samplers. Cannot knock QJ though. He has done it at every level. Great posting.

Please do not knock the brevity of these tracks. For me, they are glimpses of heaven.
