No, it's a Hollywood trick. They use one twin for a few scenes, but toddlers need a lot of sleep, so when one is worn out and needs to rest, they put the other twin in as an understudy.

he has. they both are but in different scenes. their cloths and make up are done so identically you can't tell the difference. of course, the fact that they are twins makes it a little easier... lol

no, they both play Jack. Most shows do this because there's a limited amount of time that kids are allowed to work. If separate takes are needed it's good to have a 'back up' if someone's cranky, or hungry, etc.
