Seems like essentially setting yourself up for failure. I suppose saying he is the worst ever is a bit much. ha. It's much easier playing and singing when you're the one who wrote the song, if you put feeling into it, because you have your own sense of rhythm to follow instead of trying to feel the same thing as someone else.

@ezahpr i agree it looks foolish but usually if someone is singing and not playing guitar it isn't because they can't do both at the same time, its because the song was written with no guitar during that specific time. maybe it sounded better with only one guitar? i don't know about this situation im just saying what is typical. if you look for it you can find lots of music where the front man of sum 41 is singing and playing guitar at the same time, some songs only he plays.
